- 5+ years of full-stack experience with TypeScript/React.
- Strong TypeScript and React proficiency.
- Experience with Golang or C#.
- HTML/CSS with TailwindCSS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into features.
- End-to-end delivery of user-facing features.
- Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- REST API design and best practices.
- Attention to UI aesthetics.
