Job summary
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore seeks a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain modern web applications and digital products for Baltimore City. You will develop accessible front-end experiences, secure back-end services, APIs, integrations, and reusable components to support internal operations, executive decisions, resident services, and public transparency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
- Five or more years of progressively responsible experience developing and maintaining full stack web applications.
- Equivalent education/experience will be considered.
- Equivalency notes: an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and build accessible, responsive web applications using React and Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Develop secure APIs, integrations, database-backed services, and reusable front-end and back-end components.
- Ensure production-quality software with maintainability, documentation, and proper testing practices.
