Job summary

Harmonic is seeking top 1% full-stack engineers to join one of our two teams: Discovery and Flow. You will build scalable backend and frontend systems, transform unstructured data into structured knowledge, and ship major product releases that power venture-capital workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of full-stack experience, a track record of delivering high-quality software, and an interest in the startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, with 70/30 back-end leaning.
• Record of shipping high-quality product and major releases.
• Experience turning ambiguity into clarity with scalable, observable systems.
• Interest in venture capital and the startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Discovery and Flow teams building the knowledge graph and deal-management features.
• Build scalable, performant frontend and backend systems from first principles.
• Collaborate to balance technical, product, and organizational tradeoffs.
