Job summary

Stretto is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the front-end and back-end of high‑impact enterprise applications. You’ll own end‑to‑end feature development, work with cross‑functional teams, and ensure performance, security, and stability across the platform.

You’ll contribute across the stack with Java, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, Spring JPA, Node.js, and modern frontend tech such as React/Angular, TypeScript and CSS/HTML, while leveraging AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong server-side and frontend expertise across Java, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, Spring JPA, Node.js.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, CSS, HTML.
• Proficient with AWS cloud services and serverless computing.
• Excellent SQL querying skills and knowledge of Python a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and standards.
• Own end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment.
• Address performance bottlenecks, security issues, and stability concerns.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
