Job summary

Stretto is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end enterprise applications. You will work on end-to-end solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own feature development from concept to deployment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, strong Java/Spring/JSF/Hibernate, and frontend skills (JavaScript/TypeScript/React/Angular). AWS experience and Agile practices are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in server-side languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring, JSF, Hibernate, Spring JPA, and Node.js.
• Experience with frontend technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, CSS, HTML.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions following enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Own end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment.
• Address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system stability.
• Design, develop & maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
