10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. We are seeking a talented senior software engineer to build end-to-end features for our Next.js storefront and Medusa-backed Node.js backend, including checkout and payments with Stripe, and to optimize performance on Vercel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript, React and Node.js skills.

• Clear written English communication.

Salary: €110,000 – €155,000 gross per year, plus an annual performance bonus. Dortmund, Germany, or remote within the EU · Full-time, permanent.

What you will do

• Build product features end to end across the Next.js storefront and the Node.js commerce backend (Medusa)
• Work on checkout and payments with Stripe: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and more
• Keep the site fast: Core Web Vitals, caching, image delivery and rendering strategy on Vercel
• Build the internal tools that run operations: order management, fulfilment, inventory and customer care
• Own reliability: monitoring, error tracking, tests and safe deployments
• Work closely with growth, SEO and data on experiments, tracking and structured data

What you bring

• 6+ years of professional software engineering, with strong TypeScript, React and Node.js
• Production experience with Next.js (App Router), PostgreSQL and a headless commerce stack
• Experience with payments, high-traffic e-commerce or marketplaces
• Pragmatic product sense and clear written communication in English
• Bonus: Medusa, Stripe Elements, Bun, Supabase, Render or Vercel experience
