Job summary

10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. We are seeking a talented senior software engineer to build end-to-end features for our Next.js storefront and Medusa-backed Node.js backend, including checkout and payments with Stripe, and to optimize performance on Vercel.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong TypeScript, React and Node.js skills.
Production experience with Next.js (App Router), PostgreSQL and headless commerce stacks.
Experience with payments, high-traffic e-commerce or marketplaces.
Clear written English communication.

Responsibilities

Build product features end to end across Next.js storefront and Node.js backend (Medusa).
Work on checkout and payments with Stripe: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and more.
Keep the site fast: Core Web Vitals, caching, image delivery and rendering on Vercel.
Build internal tools for operations: order management, fulfilment, inventory and customer care.
Own reliability: monitoring, tests and safe deployments.
Collaborate with growth, SEO and data on experiments and tracking.
