Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of hybrid experience in Production Support, Development and SRE; hands-on experience with distributed multi-tier systems.
• 2+ years of cloud development experience in AWS; designing and operating highly resilient AWS-based platforms.
• 2–4 years of software development experience in Java or Go with focus on SDLC and automation.
• Strong understanding of modern authorization architectures (RBAC, OAuth 2.0, JWT) and secure access control design.
• Proven ability to automate using scripting languages (Python, Shell).
• Solid background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• 2–4 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience including deployment and support.
• Experience with Observability tools (OpenSearch, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Splunk).
• Experience instrumentation with monitoring, logging, and alerting for distributed systems at scale.
• Proven ability to triage, perform root cause analysis, and operate under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Desire to learn new technologies and bring them to development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
