• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years designing and implementing full stack, customer-facing apps.
• 7+ years in complex architectural designs and tech initiatives.
• 5+ years in agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with 24x7 operational excellence and incident management.
