Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong Java 17+ and Spring Boot with REST APIs.
• Frontend: Angular or React with modern UI patterns.
• Experience with GCP, GKE, and cloud-native apps.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience with Tekton, GitHub Actions, and Gradle/Maven.
• Knowledge of database systems: PostgreSQL/SQL Server.
• Familiarity with security practices and testing (TDD/BDD).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Software Development: design, build, test, and maintain full-stack components (UI, business logic, data, integration).
• Cloud-Native Engineering: deploy and manage apps on GCP/GKE with high availability and cost efficiency.
• CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: automate build, test, and deployment pipelines (Tekton, GitHub Actions).
• Product Collaboration & Prototyping: work with product managers to validate designs.
• Agile Team Engagement: participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.
• API Development & Integration: design secure RESTful APIs and integrate systems.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: write automated tests and ensure security standards.
• Feature Release Management: use feature flags for safe deployments and rollbacks.
• Operational Support: provide production support and monitor SLAs/CSF targets.
• Technical Leadership: mentor engineers and stay current with tech trends.
• Communication: clearly convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
