Job summary

nOps, the leading automated FinOps platform, is seeking a senior full stack engineer to own infrastructure, APIs, and platform development end to end. You will build ingestion and authentication flows, work across the stack with a backend emphasis, and mentor junior engineers to raise engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a software engineer with senior-level experience at a larger company.
• Deep AWS infrastructure experience with architecture and IaC.
• Strong Python, JavaScript, and SQL skills.
• Experience taking projects from blank page to production with minimal guidance.
• Comfort working across the stack with a backend strength; proactive, self-directed.
• Active use of AI coding tools in day-to-day workflow (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery from architecture to production across backend, APIs, and frontend.
• Builds customer ingestion and authentication flows powering the platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and shape engineering practices as the team grows.
• Designs scalable AWS-based infrastructure and maintains system security and reliability.
