Qualifications

• Proficiency with SaaS or web-based products.
• Hands-on experience with Rails, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-based apps (AWS).
• Ability to own features from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and own new product features from design through deployment and maintenance.
• Develop full-stack SaaS apps using Rails, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL.
• Shape technical design decisions, APIs, and data structures.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to evolve engineering practices.
• Mentor other engineers through reviews and guidance.
• Own production performance, quality, and scalability.
