Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is helping a mission-driven SaaS company hire a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) in North Carolina. You will build and own features end-to-end, using Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

You’ll influence architecture, APIs, and data models, with AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity. You’ll mentor peers and drive performance and quality across the stack.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS or web apps.
Hands-on with Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based development.
Experience owning features from design to production.
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern practices.
Practical experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Codex) or similar.

Responsibilities

Build and own new product features from design through testing, deployment, and enhancements.
Develop full-stack SaaS apps using Rails, React/TS, and PostgreSQL.
Shape technical design, architecture, APIs, and database structures.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging.
Collaborate with Principal Engineer to evolve AI-driven practices.
Mentor engineers via code reviews and guidance.
Own production performance, quality, and scalability.
