Job summary

Echelon Services, LLC seeks a Senior Full-Stack Application Developer to design, build, and sustain secure, cloud-native applications in Azure Government. You will deliver end-to-end solutions across UI, backend APIs, microservices, and containerized deployments while adhering to DevSecOps practices.

You will work with government clients to translate HR and business needs into scalable, compliant software, implementing security-first design, and ensuring ATO readiness and STIG compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to pass a tier 1 DOD background investigation

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and sustain secure, cloud-native applications in Azure Government.
• Develop UI with Angular/TypeScript and backend APIs/microservices.
• Implement DevSecOps with CI/CD, security scanning, and infrastructure awareness.
• Work with government clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with STIG and ATO processes.
