Job summary

Echelon Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Application Developer to design, build, and sustain secure, cloud-native applications in Azure Government. You will partner with government clients to define requirements, deliver end-to-end solutions, and implement maintainable code across UI, backend, APIs, and microservices.

The role emphasizes DevSecOps, including CI/CD, automated testing, security scanning, and STIG compliance to support ATO processes for federal HR environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Must be able to pass a tier 1 DOD background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and sustain secure, cloud-native applications in Azure Government.
• Develop UI with Angular/TypeScript and backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Deploy containerized apps and implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and security scanning.
