Job summary

Anduril Industries' Maritime Digital Production seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build the full-stack web applications that power daily planning, work assignment, and team-lead dashboards on the factory floor, with offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for constrained networks.

You will own maritime manufacturing software requirements end to end, decide build-vs-extend, design offline-first architectures, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing and operations to

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building production systems.
• Deep expertise in full-stack web development and modern architectures.
• Fluency with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend/backend frameworks.
• Experience designing offline-capable web apps and PWAs.
• Ability to work under high availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack web apps for daily production planning, work assignment, and team dashboards.
• Develop offline-capable, mobile-friendly interfaces for constrained networks.
• Translate production workflows into software requirements with stakeholders.
• Write production-quality code with tests and participate in reviews.
• Design offline-first architectures with service workers and local storage.
• Deploy and operate systems across factory environments including edge compute.
• Collaborate across backend, data, and operations teams for MES/ERP integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering practices.
