Stealth Company is seeking a senior full stack engineer to help build the software foundation for a cutting-edge TV operating system. You will work across the stack—from customer-facing experiences to backend services and AI integrations—owning significant architectural decisions as an early team member.

You’ll collaborate with founders, design, product, AI, and hardware teams to turn ambitious ideas into shipped products weekly, with high autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full stack engineering skills across frontend and backend.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and working across stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing products across web, mobile, and device experiences.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure powering the platform.
• Work across the full product lifecycle from prototypes to production.
• Collaborate with product, design, AI, and hardware teams to realize ideas.
• Build integrations between software, AI systems and connected devices.
• Improve reliability, performance, security, and developer experience.
• Make thoughtful technical decisions balancing speed and maintainability.
• Help define engineering culture, standards, and best practices.
• Own projects end-to-end and ship quickly with autonomy.
