Job summary

CoderPad, Inc is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build the future of technical interviewing and assessment. This fullstack role spans backend services, frontend surfaces, and AI-powered system design, with work on user-facing features, production infrastructure, and internal tooling.

You will contribute to AI-driven experiences, system orchestration, and cross-team collaboration while mentoring peers and improving system reliability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience shipping production software end-to-end in a fullstack capacity.
• Strong backend engineering skills in at least one modern language and ecosystem, plus practical frontend experience.
• Proven ability to pick up unfamiliar stacks quickly and deliver in mixed-technology environments.
• Hands-on experience with agentic development workflows and AI-generated code review.
• Experience building production systems that use AI and LLM API integrations.
• Significant contribution to code review and mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship fullstack product features across candidate and recruiter experiences, from API and data model design to frontend implementation.
• Improve real-time AI-powered experiences, including model orchestration and streaming UX.
• Integrate multiple LLM providers with attention to latency, cost, and observability.
• Develop tooling to help engineers and agents execute work safely and auditable.
• Partner with product, design, and platform teams to move ambiguous problems to production.
• Lead code reviews as a quality gate and coaching channel for engineers.
• Plan and deliver technical debt, architecture, and observability initiatives.
• Participate in on-call operations and improve runbooks and incident follow-up.
