Job summary

DATAmundi seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead secure, enterprise-grade software development across Python/FastAPI, React, and Node.js stacks. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and champion security practices (DAST, SAST, SCA) while mentoring teams in AI-assisted engineering.

You will architect scalable applications, manage SQL/NoSQL databases and message queues, and collaborate with product, data scientists, and partners to deliver robust software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software design and development experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated expertise in DAST, SAST, and SCA methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and modern AI frameworks.
• Expertise in React-based front-end development.
• Experience in Node.js back-end development and API design.
• Solid experience with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and message queues.
• Strong understanding of software testing automation and QA processes.
• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• English proficiency.
• Open to work in multiple technologies.
• Can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable deployment.
• Lead enterprise-level security best practices, including: DAST, SAST and SCA.
• Champion the use of AI in engineering workflows and mentor teams with Agentic AI coding assistants and automated testing.
• Architect and develop scalable applications using Python, FastAPI, React, and Node.js with robust data stores and messaging.
• Contribute hands-on to resolving complex bugs and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, software engineers, data scientists, and external partners.
