Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design and implement full-stack features for our SaaS platform used by healthcare providers and pharmaceutical partners. You will build data-rich interfaces, dashboards, and workflow tools, integrating AI-assisted capabilities while ensuring security and HIPAA compliance.

You will mentor a small team of engineers, set technical direction, and collaborate across engineering and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 7+ years of full-stack development with C# and modern JS frameworks.
• Experience leading technically, including contract or partner resources.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack functionality from API to UI.
• Build dashboards and workflow tools with data-driven logic.
• Incorporate AI/analytics capabilities with explainable results.
• Provide technical direction to a small team of engineers.
• Write secure code meeting HIPAA compliance and QA standards.
• Support releases and build/release automation.
• Mentor teammates and collaborate across teams.
