RBC Bank seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive digital transformation for its US online banking platform. You will implement full stack solutions, modernize legacy systems, and build fintech integrations for customers and internal teams.

You will pioneer AI-assisted development workflows and lead adoption of agentic SDLC practices in a highly regulated financial environment, balancing innovation with compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full stack development with Java Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• Experience in designing security-aware, scalable enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with DevOps and cloud-native tooling (CI/CD, containerization).
• Hands-on experience adopting AI-assisted development tools in large teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute full stack development projects ensuring code quality, performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Provide programming expertise and technical analysis as a senior team member.
• Design and build full stack solutions using Java Spring Boot, React/Angular, and RESTful APIs.
• Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and deployment activities.
• Lead, coach and mentor team members within own area of expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive adoption of agentic SDLC, leveraging AI code generation tools and automation.
• Research emerging technologies to optimize development processes.
