• Own zero-to-one projects end to end, from MVP prototypes to hardened, scalable production systems.
• Help scale existing, widely adopted products as they roll out to more organizations.
• Improve backend architecture, observability, and code quality.
• Work within a flat engineering structure, directly alongside other engineers and the CTO.
