Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer to join early as we redefine AI-native care for older adults. You will own challenging problems end to end—deciding what to build, implementing it, launching, and measuring impact for patients and clinicians.

You’ll work with clinical, operations, and growth teams to ensure the software moves the numbers that matter. You should be product-minded, technically excellent across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, and thrive in
