Job summary

Steven.com is building the operating system for the creator economy, positioned to scale products across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You will own end-to-end systems from zero to production, shipping features with high UX and reliability while integrating AI/ML tools and intelligent APIs into core experiences.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to define strategy and roadmap, tackling ambiguous problems and delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping full-stack products in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems in production.
• Ability to own end-to-end systems across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build products end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Prototype fast, run experiments, and iterate on user feedback and product signals.
• Lead major technical decisions balancing speed and quality tradeoffs.
• Own production systems: debugging, performance tuning, reliability.
• Collaborate with leadership on features, strategy, and roadmap.
