Job summary

Steven.com, located in Los Angeles, seeks a Senior Engineer - Fullstack to join its Innovation & Technology Organization. You will build products and systems from zero to production, spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure, including AI/ML and LLM-based components.

You will thrive by prototyping quickly, shipping with a focus on UX and reliability, and making principled tradeoffs between speed and scalability. This role reports to the VP of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack shipping in a high-velocity, early-stage setting.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLMs in production.
• Ability to own all stack layers: UI, API, data, infra.

Responsibilities

• Build products and systems end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Ship features with strong UX, performance, and reliability
• Lead major technical decisions balancing speed and quality
• Prototype quickly, run experiments, and iterate on feedback
• Integrate AI/ML tools and intelligent APIs into core experiences
• Own production systems: debugging, performance tuning, reliability
• Collaborate with leadership on features, strategy, and roadmap
