MDS Staffing is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack to help build mission-driven SaaS products in the United States. You’ll own features end-to-end, from initial design to deployment and ongoing optimization, with a strong emphasis on scalable architecture and quality.

You will collaborate with a senior engineering team, leveraging Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, while integrating AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery and maintain cutting-edge practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, SaaS/web products preferred.
• Hands-on with Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience owning features from design to production and automated testing.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and modern software practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own new features from design through deployment and enhancements.
• Develop full-stack SaaS apps using Rails, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Shape architecture, APIs, and database structures with a performance focus.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews and technical guidance.
• Ensure production performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
