TogetherWork is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Austin with 7+ years of experience to design, build, and maintain high-quality SaaS applications across a modern stack on AWS. You will own features end-to-end—from front-end to back-end to databases—while mentoring juniors and setting technical standards for the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer.
• Experience owning features end-to-end from design to production.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and review code.
• Proven ability to learn new platforms and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for SaaS applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that is reusable and scalable.
• Mentor junior engineers within the team.
• Participate in code reviews and implement best practices to improve code quality.
• Develop both front-end and back-end components of applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand requirements.
