Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of coding in multiple languages (Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala).
• 3+ years of experience with databases and DBMS.
• 3+ years with cloud tools (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• 4+ years contributing to open source frameworks.
• 3+ years front-end JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• 3+ years building synchronous and asynchronous APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse tech projects and teams in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for risk management.
• Mentor engineers and promote code quality, standards, and design patterns.
• Drive refactoring and performance improvements to reduce technical debt.
• Influence long-term tech strategy and adopt emerging tools.
