Job summary

Deque Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to advance the Axe Monitor product and component libraries. Frontend is TypeScript/ReactJS; backend combines Java/Spring Boot/SQL. You will own backend architecture, investigate production issues, and contribute to AI-assisted code reviews.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and requires strong Java backend depth and solid frontend skills across TS/React/Node.js.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong backend depth in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational databases.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS for 2+ years.
• Active GitHub profile with inspectable code (Java samples preferred).
• Basic web accessibility knowledge (WCAG, ARIA).
• Claude Certified Developer - Foundations (CCDV-F) or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive backend architecture using Java, Spring Boot, SQL.
• Develop frontend components and APIs with TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS.
• Investigate and resolve production customer issues during US Eastern business hours.
• Build high-volume services, scanner engines, data pipelines, and database queries.
• Leverage AI tools while critically reviewing AI-generated code for security and correctness.
• Collaborate across teams in a fully remote environment with flexible hours.
