Job summary

Dealpath, the AI-powered operating system for institutional real estate investing, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to ship customer-facing features that integrate into real estate workflows. You will use Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI tools daily, owning work end-to-end from design through production.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product and design, raising the bar on code quality and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring performance, security, and data integrity in

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools in production environments (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).
• BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years building web application back-ends with Ruby, Flask, Node, or similar.
• 4+ years building web application front-ends with React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end and deliver without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

• Ship customer-facing features that go directly into real estate investor workflows.
• Build with AI daily using Claude Code, Cursor, and other tools as core to development.
• Own your work end-to-end, collaborating with product and design to deliver production features.
• Raise the bar on code quality by reviewing commits and AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Help the team grow by giving feedback and sharing approaches to improve others’ judgment.
