Job summary

Brooksource in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to drive modernization of the Corporate Event Reporting System (CERS). You will design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications, APIs, and integrations within an Agile squad, with AI-assisted development.

The role combines senior full-stack skills with AI-native practices, collaborating with product owners, architects, UX designers, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core and C#.
• Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Modernize legacy applications and workflows into scalable cloud-ready solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and solution design.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, and engineering teams.
• Build and support backend services, APIs, and data integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage technical debt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability standards.
