Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to drive evidence management features on Google Cloud Platform. You will own architectural decisions, define service contracts for Python/Java microservices, and contribute as an IC with leading technical initiatives.

You'll lead frame-accurate media processing with FFmpeg, build high-performance UI for video trimming, and mentor peers while integrating AI-powered capabilities such as scene description and object detection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of progressive technical experience.
• Experience owning complex, distributed features in full-stack environments.
• Strong architectural and API design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architectural ownership for video trimming, transcription, and packaging services.
• Define and own APIs for Evidence Domain and service contracts between microservices.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery, including UI, APIs, and cloud deployment.
• Mentor peers, conduct thorough code reviews, and improve engineering standards.
• Integrate AI-powered features and monitor live metrics for accuracy.
