Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a major holding company with investments across automotive and media sectors. You will work hands-on across the stack, delivering production-grade applications and applying modern AI capabilities in real-world software systems.

The ideal candidate has strong Java and Python backend experience, solid React or Angular frontend skills, and a track record of end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep backend experience with Java and Python.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Databricks experience in production or analytics environment.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full stack applications across backend and frontend.
• Develop backend services primarily in Java and Python.
• Create responsive user interfaces using React or Angular.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Work with Databricks and cloud-based data environments.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and quality.
• Integrate AI components into production applications, including RAG pipelines.
