Job summary

Bestow is hiring for an IPC Engineering role focused on carrier and enterprise partner integration work. You will lead frontend and fullstack efforts, architect scalable interfaces, and drive end-to-end delivery from kickoff to production.

You will author RFCs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold quality through robust testing and security practices. Remote US-friendly with potential office options in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong fullstack capability with Go or Python.
• Experience with GraphQL architecture and API design.
• Ability to lead complex implementation projects end-to-end.
• Experience designing and consuming gRPC/REST APIs and integration layers.
• Proven track record delivering production frontend solutions with quality and timeliness.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend tooling.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and evaluating AI-generated code for security.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend and fullstack implementation workstreams for carrier and enterprise partner integrations, owning architecture and delivery.
• Architect scalable UI layers and API integrations for reusable partner surfaces.
• Author RFCs turning one-off work into reusable patterns to reduce future build time.
• Translate business requirements into well-scoped technical plans with partners.
• Provide technical leadership in code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Champion a consumer-first mindset and maintainable integrations.
• Ensure comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and security.
