Qualifications

• 6+ years full-stack development with hands-on depth in TS/Node and React, shipping production systems
• 2+ years building integrations or systems dependent on third-party APIs, with authentication flows and data normalization
• Production Postgres and AWS experience with query optimization and operational tradeoffs
• Kubernetes deployment and troubleshooting in production environments

Responsibilities

• Integration surface: APIs and data pipelines connecting Shop Defender, CrowdStrike, and other data sources into the product layer
• Product workflows: wiring integrations into customer-facing flows (triage, alerting, response loops) with human-in-the-loop at the core
• Backend services: TypeScript/Node services against a Postgres data store, deployed on AWS with Kubernetes
• Frontend logic: React layer for workflows, data visualization and interaction
• Operational resilience: shipping observability, error handling, and retry logic to avoid dropped alerts and data inconsistencies
