Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the primary mobile application and its AI-driven coaching features. You will guide a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build features that improve members' health journeys.

We seek candidates with experience launching AI-powered features, strong user experience focus, analytics expertise, and comfort working in a distributed, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile products.
• Ability to translate business objectives into well-scoped initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered features and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and end-to-end development lifecycle for core app features and AI coaching capabilities.
• Apply hypothesis-driven approach using user research, market context, and data analysis.
• Translate business goals into initiatives and rollout plans with clear success metrics.
• Maintain rigorous experimentation with meaningful test designs and metrics.
• Set OKRs and report progress to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Collaborate with onboarding and clinical data teams to align member outcomes.
