Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for its primary mobile application and its AI-driven coaching experience. You will guide a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build features that directly improve members' health journeys.

The role requires shipping consumer-facing mobile products with strong UX craft and experience launching AI-powered features.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and end-to-end development lifecycle for core app features and AI coaching capabilities, from concept to launch.
• Apply a hypothesis-driven, evidence-based approach to feature definition using user research, market context, and data.
• Translate business objectives and member insights into well-scoped initiatives and rollout plans.
• Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation practice with meaningful metrics.
• Set clear goals (OKRs) and report progress to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Collaborate with onboarding and clinical data teams to align on member outcomes.
