Job summary

Origence is shaping the future of lending with fintech leadership and AI-powered innovation. We are seeking a Sr Software Engineer to design, code, mentor, and drive high-quality software across our SaaS lending solutions.

You will work closely with Principal Engineers and Development Managers, applying agentic AI practices and modern web frameworks to deliver robust applications with strong governance and security.

Qualifications

• Six years of professional software development experience in business processes or financial services.
• Strong expertise with .NET, C#, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software applications and maintain existing products.
• Mentor engineers and align initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalable architecture across services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate agentic AI tooling into the development lifecycle with governance.
