Origence is hiring a Sr. Software Engineer in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on designing and delivering new software while maintaining and improving Origence's fintech SaaS products. You’ll be a senior contributor, mentor teammates, and help drive adoption of agentic AI tooling like Claude Code CLI within a governed SDLC.

You will work across the stack, collaborating with architects and managers to ensure performance, reliability, and security, with a strong emphasis on testing and code quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

• Design and code in support of the team’s objectives (roughly 90% coding, 10% researching new tech).
• Incorporate agentic AI development practices using Claude Code CLI while maintaining quality and governance.
• Mentor and provide feedback as a senior team member and align initiatives with company goals.
• Ensure full-stack design meets performance, maintainability, and requirements through testing and rollout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware, monitoring, and reliability requirements.
• Communicate proactively to manage timelines and troubleshoot production issues.
