Job summary

Voxology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer (Full Stack) to own meaningful parts of our platform, spanning frontend apps and backend services.

You will influence technical direction and help apply AI-assisted workflows in a fast-moving engineering environment. You will design, implement, test, and operate features end-to-end, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product and QA to deliver reliable, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience including ownership of production systems.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Angular.
• Deep experience building server-side applications in Java.
• Experience using AI coding assistants as part of development workflow.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and DevOps best practices.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, HTTP, and microservices.
• Proficient with Git-based workflows and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Requirements design, build, and maintain full-stack functionality across frontend applications and backend services.
• Own features end-to-end from design through release, production support, and incident response.
• Lead architecture discussions balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation, testing, and debugging while ensuring correctness.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design feedback.
• Collaborate with product owners and QA to scope and deliver performant software.
• Improve deployment pipelines, tooling, monitoring, and testing.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive postmortem follow-through.
