Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in Newton, MA to shape scalable web and mobile experiences. You will work on serverless/microservices, cloud tech, AI-assisted development, and automation with a hybrid team. In-person work is required 3 days a week at our Newton headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required or 3 years additional experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of development experience required.
• Experience in back-end development using .NET Core/.NET, C#, REST API, SQL Server.
• Experience in front-end development using Angular, HTML5, SCSS/CSS, TypeScript or JavaScript, unit test frameworks.
• Experience using Azure PAAS and SAAS resources like Azure Service Bus, Key Vault, Data Factory, Pipelines, Storage, Dynatrace, or AppInsight.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development in the application development, unit testing, and rollout of strategic web and mobile initiatives.
• Develop both front-end and back-end for web/mobile applications with a hybrid internal/vendor team.
• Work with Business Owners and BA teams to create business requirements.
• Document technical requirements and specifications for Web/Mobile apps and related solutions.
• Provide feedback on technical designs to support requirements.
• Communicate project planning and status information to leadership.
• Deliver engaging demos/presentations tailored to audience as needed.
