Leader Bank seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive digital transformation, combining Vue.js, JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, and AWS. You will design, develop, and support modern applications, including Retool, API integrations, and AI-enabled tooling, with robust collaboration across teams in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, continuous learning, and delivering scalable, secure solutions that enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Info Systems, or equivalent.
• 4+ years building enterprise-grade web apps across the stack.
• Strong JS/TS, Vue.js, React, Python, or PHP experience.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, document, and support web apps and APIs.
• Build responsive, user-friendly apps using Vue.js and modern front-end tech.
• Design and maintain Retool apps for internal tools and dashboards.
• Develop and secure RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize processes via automation.
• Work with AWS to deploy and monitor workloads.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
