Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to strengthen the Agent Trust and Inspection team. You will design and deliver full stack features powering AI agents, from front-end interfaces to robust backend services integrated with HR and Finance workflows.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with ML engineers, security partners, and platform teams, and help raise the technical bar while delivering scalable, reliable products used by millions worldwide.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years building backend services (Java Spring Boot/Go/Python or similar).
• 5+ years frontend with React and TypeScript; end-to-end design.
• Experience with identity federation (OAuth2/OIDC/DIDs).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
