Job summary

Workday is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join the Agent Trust and Inspection team, building user-facing and platform experiences that enhance trust in AI agents. You’ll work in a small, cross-functional pod delivering end-to-end features from front-end to backend services, integrating AI capabilities into HR and Finance workflows at scale.

You’ll collaborate with ML engineers, product managers, and security partners, owning features in production.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent education
• 5+ years building backend services (Java Spring Boot/Go/Python or modern OOP)
• 5+ years experience with React and Typescript for front-end/full-stack
• Experience designing full-stack applications end-to-end
• Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, or Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs)
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
