Job summary

Workday is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join the PCC team, building user-facing and platform experiences that embed AI capabilities into HR and Finance workflows. You’ll work in a small, cross-functional pod to design and ship end-to-end solutions.

This role involves tackling high-scale challenges, building resilient backend services, and delivering dashboards for enterprise customers while contributing to technical standards and strategic direction in a rapidly evolving platform.

Qualifications

• BS CS/engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated 5+ years front end / full stack with React & TS.
• 5+ years backend or data engineering in cloud (AWS).
• Proven ability to design scalable, high-availability systems.
• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines and ETL workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing and platform experiences to increase trust in AI agents.
• Join a cross-functional pod to ship full stack solutions.
