Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping and iterating on multiple applications and services.
• Strong full-stack software development experience.
• Expert-level experience with React and modern front-end development tools.
• Experience designing software in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, operations, or other non-software stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate complex problems and develop straightforward, effective solutions.
• Strong programming fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience mentoring and supporting the development of other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications and services.
• Partner directly with engineers, operators, manufacturing teams, and other non-software stakeholders to define system requirements.
• Translate complex operational problems into practical and scalable software solutions.
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications.
• Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, databases, and data pipelines.
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
• Follow agile software development practices.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
• Support continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
