Job summary

Project Blue is building the next generation iMessage and SMS marketing platform trusted by thousands of sales teams. We are a fast-growing company with strong traction and a remote-friendly culture, expanding integrations across the CRM ecosystem.

You will own meaningful surface areas across the stack, shipping end-to-end full-stack features, sharpening DevOps and test coverage, and building AI-powered capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Proficient with Next.js, React, and Node.js in production.
• Experience building AI applications with LLM integrations and model APIs.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries.
• Experience integrating with third-party CRM APIs (HubSpot, HighLevel, Close).
• CI/CD and DevOps experience; write unit tests.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful surface area across the stack; ship end-to-end features.
• Improve backend algorithms for message routing and delivery.
• Enhance DevOps, test coverage, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build AI-powered capabilities (voice cloning, AI memos, optimization).
• Ship production integrations with HubSpot, HighLevel, Close and other CRM partners.

We are the iMessage and SMS marketing platform trusted by 3,000+ sales teams, installed in 4,300+ HighLevel accounts and integrated with HubSpot, Close, and other top CRMs. Our customers double their response rates and skip the A2P compliance headache entirely. We have helped generate $2M+ in revenue for the teams we serve, and we are scaling fast.

We are looking for a senior full stack engineer who can move fast, build hard things, and help us stay ahead as we deepen integrations across the CRM ecosystem.

What you will do

You will own meaningful surface area across our stack. That means shipping new full stack features end to end, sharpening our DevOps and test coverage, optimizing backend algorithms that power message routing and delivery, and building AI powered capabilities (think voice cloning, AI voice memos, intelligent message optimization).

As we expand integrations with HubSpot, HighLevel, Close, and new CRM partners, you will be the engineer who can pick up an unfamiliar API on Monday and ship a production integration by Friday.

What we are looking for

• Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, and Node.js in production
• Hands on experience building AI applications, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, working with model APIs, vector search, or similar
• Excellent SQL skills. You can write, debug, and optimize complex queries without flinching
• Experience working with Amplitude for product analytics, event tracking, and turning data into product decisions
• A track record of building and integrating with third party APIs, especially CRM platforms (HubSpot, HighLevel, Close, or comparable)
• Comfortable across the stack: shipping features, improving CI/CD and DevOps, writing meaningful unit tests, and tuning backend performance
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast moving environment where the integration list keeps growing

Nice to have

• Experience with messaging infrastructure (SMS, iMessage, RCS, telephony)
• Experience building Chrome Extensions
• Experience building mobile apps with React Native
• Background at an early stage startup
