Palindrome Labs, Inc. dba Tokenize in San Francisco is hiring a skilled full‑stack engineer to help launch an AI product loved by engineers and CFOs alike.

You will work closely with founders and principal engineers in a fast‑moving, generous environment where collaboration and high agency define the culture. You’ll build end‑to‑end features across the stack, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and engage with customers to continuously improve the product.

Qualificações

• Experience building modern web applications in production environments.
• Strong command of full‑stack web architecture with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python backends and PostgreSQL.
• Track record at early‑stage startups or fast‑paced product incubation environments with rapid shipping.
• Exceptional communication; ability to discuss complex technical concepts and turn ideas into working software.

Responsabilidades

• Build end to end: design, build, and deploy full‑stack features from customer interfaces to backend services and database schemas.
• Collaborate closely: work with every team member in continuous feedback loops via standups, whiteboards, and quick syncs.
• Engage with customers: help customers derive value from the product, gather direct feedback, and drive improvements.
• Set and support engineering standards: lay the foundation for codebase, test suites, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling.
• Practice pragmatism: balance technical debt with delivery speed; know when to ship fast vs. invest in scalable infra.
• Build alignment: document technical decisions, explain tradeoffs, lead when appropriate, and serve when needed.

This is an in-office role based in San Francisco’s China Basin/South Beach neighborhood. We offer a competitive salary and generous early-stage equity.

What you’ll do

• Build alignment: Document technical decisions, explain tradeoffs transparently, bring strong opinions loosely held, and know when to lead and when to serve.

What we’re looking for

• Experience building and supporting modern web applications in production environments.
• Strong command of full-stack web architecture, including modern TypeScript frameworks such as React and Next.js, Python backends such as FastAPI, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• A proven track record at early-stage startups or in fast-paced product incubation environments where rapid shipping is a priority.
• Exceptional communication skills. You enjoy discussing complex technical concepts in service of the product and turning your ideas into working software.
• You treat LLMs as a core part of how you build. You’re fluent with coding agents, comfortable designing prompts and evals, and eager to find the edge of what these models can do—then push it further.
• Ownership and impact: You’ll be one of our earliest engineers, directly shaping the core product architecture and contributing to our builder culture.
