NxT Level in the United States is seeking a product-minded Full Stack Software Engineer to help build its AI-native platform from the ground up, spanning frontend, backend, data pipelines, and AI workflows.

You will own features end-to-end, design scalable APIs, and work closely with customers to ship meaningful product improvements that transform how investment data is accessed and analyzed.

About the Role

Our client is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build its AI-native platform from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership, product-focused engineering role where you'll work across frontend applications, backend systems, data pipelines, and production AI workflows.

You'll have the opportunity to build everything from intuitive interfaces that help investors interact with financial data to ingestion pipelines that transform complex documents into structured, searchable knowledge.

Engineers work directly with customers, understand their problems firsthand, and ship meaningful product improvements quickly.

This is an opportunity to join as one of the company's first 20 engineers and help shape the architecture, product experience, and engineering culture.

What You'll Do

• Design and build intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js, and modern application frameworks.
• Build document ingestion pipelines that process PDFs, emails, spreadsheets, and structured financial data.
• Design data models and APIs that organize complex information into a unified knowledge platform.
• Build integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, Excel, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop AI-powered search, research, and agentic workflows.
• Build evaluation frameworks that measure and improve LLM accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Create interfaces that allow users to trace AI-generated answers back to original source documents.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and rapidly ship product improvements.
• Maintain strong standards for security, privacy, and system reliability when working with sensitive financial information.
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and iteration.

What We're Looking For

• Strong full-stack software engineering experience building production applications.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing backend APIs, data models, and scalable application architectures.
• Ability to build intuitive, customer-facing applications with strong product judgment.
• Experience developing data pipelines or working with complex structured and unstructured data.
• Interest in building production AI applications using LLMs, retrieval systems, or agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and reliability.
• Ability to independently own technical problems from initial requirements through production.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and translating feedback into product improvements.
• High ownership, strong technical curiosity, and excitement about working in an early-stage startup.

Bonus Experience

• Experience building AI-native applications, RAG systems, or LLM-powered products.
• Experience with document processing, data ingestion, search, or knowledge management platforms.
• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks or measuring LLM reliability.
• Experience integrating products with ChatGPT, Claude, Excel, or other enterprise tools.
• Background in fintech, financial services, investment management, or financial data platforms.
• Experience building applications that handle sensitive customer information.
• Previous experience as a founding engineer or early employee at a startup.
