RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Brookfield, WI that is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong experience in C#, .NET Core, SQL, Azure, and modern DevOps practices using GitLab CI/CD.

Summary

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain reliable backend services and APIs, implement automated build and deployment pipelines, and deliver secure, scalable solutions using Visual Studio and Azure's cloud capabilities. You will collaborate with cross functional partners to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the delivery of high quality, well tested software. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self directed engineer who demonstrates sound technical judgment and thrives in an environment with minimal oversight. You take ownership of complex problems, work efficiently through ambiguity, and consistently drive initiatives to completion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to engineering excellence are essential
• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, SQL, Azure, and modern DevOps practices using GitLab CI/CD
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
